June has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, both in the capital markets and in investment management. June began her career in the capital markets where she developed and implemented interest rate and exchange rate risk management solutions for institutional clients. June became interested in the investment management industry with the goal of assisting clients to develop and execute investment strategies to preserve and grow capital. Her extensive investment management experience includes: leading the private client discretionary investing counselling Ontario division of a major bank, managing bonds and US equities and holding the position of Chief Investment Officer at a national investment counselling firm prior to becoming President of Ernst & Young Investment Advisers Inc.

Anthony J. Messina CA, CFA
Vice-President
Anthony has extensive experience in the financial and client services sectors. He was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of a private financial services firm focusing on the investment management, corporate finance, and insurance needs of high net worth clients. Prior to this Anthony was the Chief Financial and Investment Officer of a TSX listed company focused on private and venture equity. Anthony began his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) where his early client focus was with entrepreneurial businesses and evolved into serving the needs of public multinational companies. He is a graduate of the Schulich School of Business and holds the designations of Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.

Michael Baker CFA, CIM, FCSI

Mike has over 10 years of experience in investment management. He has extensive experience helping high net worth clients and their families develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies to meet their investment goals. Mike's background includes investment consulting at a national broker/dealer. Mike is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, a CFA charterholder, a member of the Toronto CFA Society, and a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.
